Science & Higher Consciousness

I always knew that my introduction to the Earth's natural medicines would be a story I would share one day on paper as so many experiences have left me bug eyed and jaw dropped. In fact, I just had one such experience this past week after a quantum cleanse. When we connect with the gifts that our beautiful Earth has for us, we can reap such incredible benefits and avoid the harms of chemicals created in laboratories that have dozens of side effects that in the long run, harm our health. We also begin to see a shift in our life, where the conflicts, obstacles, and heaviness melts away. There's the difficult bumpy way to live or there is the easy gentle route. The choice is always ours.

The experiences I've encountered by practicing and teaching these Earth medicines are often short of miraculous. If you've been on this journey with me, I suspect you have seen a few of these unfathomable experiences too. Science today can easily support these shifts. As I've dug through the science over the years, one thing becomes crystal clear, the best scientists acknowledge that what moves energy in its smallest form, is intelligent, that there is a consciousness that drives everything. Science today is no longer divorced from the notion that higher wisdom exists in our vast universe. We are merely tapping into this knowing now. We've been asleep for far too long.

So yesterday was a monumental day in my life. I'd love to share it with you. Yesterday I completed my first book. I say my first, because the entire process has awakened a semi-dormant impulse to write beyond short articles, grants or business proposals. There is something so cathartic in writing an entire book. I've loved every minute of it and it is my sincere hope that you will find in its pages information that awakens your senses, a new lens, stories that you can connect with or be inspired by, and tips to help you help yourself.

So for now, I leave you with this question: How often do you look for a justification for those experiences in life that on a gut level leave you feeling like you are not alone? Miraculous moments that your mind tries to justify, just so you don't sound looney? I bet there's quite a few of those moments. What would happen if you simply accepted that a higher consciousness is watching out for you and sit with that in gratitude?
