Cancellation Policy: Please confirm appointment date and time directly via sms at 305.528.8417. Payments made online are honored for first available at a time and day that is mutually agreeable. Cancellations require 48 hours in advance in order to receive full credit for cancellation applied to a future booking. Cancellations made within the 48 hour period prior to your appointment will forfeit 50% of the appointment fee. The remaining 50% will be applied to a future booking. Payments are non-refundable.
